Assignment 2: Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) Part 2: SWOT Analysis
When developing a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), it is essential to analyze the characteristics of organizational success. In order to accomplish this, evaluators often conduct a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a planning tool used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of a program, organization, or project. As an evaluator, it is important to understand how to use a SWOT analysis because it increases the likelihood of identifying areas in need of change and consequently promotes the overall success of CIPs. In this Assignment, you analyze the characteristics of organizational success by conducting a SWOT analysis for your selected organization.
